Do you ship outside France?
No, Moda Concept Store currently ships within France only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–6 business days after dispatch, on our regular business days (Tuesday–Saturday).

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of €5.90 for orders under €109.99, and free for orders of €110.00 or more.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order includes access to our built-in tracking system, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
Contact us at mail@madeconceptstore.shop or +33 3 28 25 50 77 with your order number, and we'll investigate with the courier.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are only possible in serious or exceptional circumstances, and only if the order hasn't yet entered processing or shipping. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request one.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. There are no return fees or restocking fees.

How do I start a return?
Submit your request to our Return Center at mail@madeconceptstore.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Visit our Return Center and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free exchange or replacement.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return being approved.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers over an encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) connection. We never store your full card details.

When will I be charged?
Payment is charged at the time you place your order.

Will I get a refund to my original payment method?
Yes, all refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, within 7 business days of approval.
